Three Quarto Titles Nominated for IACP Cookbook Awards

Three titles published by Quarto Publishing Group USA have been nominated for the IACP 2016 Cookbook Awards.

Let's Cook French, by Claudine Pepin and Jacques Pepin, published by Quarry Books, is one of three nominees in the Children, Youth and Family Category.

Tasting Wine and  Cheese: An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing, by Adam Centamore, is nominted in the Reference & Technical Category. It is also published by Quarry Books.

Nominated in the Kendall-Jackson Presents: Wine, Beer & Spirits Category is Voyageur Press's Beer Pairing: The Essential Guide from the Pairing Pros, by Julia Herz and Gwen Conley.

Winners will be announced at the group's annual conference in April.

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) is a worldwide forum for the development and exchange of information, knowledge, and inspiration within the professional food and beverage community. The IACP Cookbook Awards are considered the gold standard among cookbook awards. They have been presented for more than 25 years to promote quality and creativity in writing and publishing, and to expand the p ublic's awareness of culinary literature.
