March 31, 2015
Coloring books are becoming more popular with adults, and because of that, author Lacy Mucklow and Color Me Stress-Free , Color Me Calm and Color Me Happy were featured in The Record/northjersey.com in a piece titled "It's National Crayon Day - and it's not just for kids."

The article said: "'There can be a benefit for the guided coloring process, especially with the specific purpose of alleviating stress and anxiety,' Mucklow wrote in an email.
