Michelle Lo studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and The New School University. After working as an editor, she obtained a chef-training degree and has since worked on numerous cookery books, by leading chefs such as Rene Redzepi and Ferran Adria. Michelle is currently a freelance writer and editor and devotes her life to the pursuit of food and style with her photographer husband and young daughter.
