Joseph Moffat-Pena is a children’s book author and illustrator based in Oregon City, Oregon. From a young age, Joseph has shown a keen interest in drawing. Some of his early inspirations include Ed Emberly, Genndy Tartakovsky, and Dr. Seuss. While Joseph primarily works digitally, he also enjoys experimenting with various traditional drawing and painting methods. All of his digital brushes and textures have been carefully created traditionally first.
