1 ¾ Hokkaido pumpkin

1 Banana

¾ cup Orange juice or 2 peeled oranges

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

¼ tsp cardamom powder

Water to reach desired consistency

Blend these ingredients together until it reaches the consistency you want. A high-performance blender will work better to blend the pumpkin.
