Fair Winds Author in Weight Watchers Chef Competition on The Chew

Michelle Dudash, author of Clean Eating for Busy Families , is featured in the Search for the Next Weight Watchers Chef on ABC TV's food show The Chew.

The competition began January 15, and the six finalists will appear weekly to showcase their skills in developing and preparing healthy, delicious dishes for a chance to win a $75,000, one-year consulting contract with Weight Watchers as the Weight Watchers Chef.

An award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, Cordon Bleu-certified chef and best-selling author, Dudash creates mouthwatering recipes for busy moms struggling to feed their families nourishing meals while the clock is ticking. She is the author of the cookbook Clean Eating for Busy Families.

Teaching millions of people how food and health can deliciously co-exist has been Dudash's mission for nearly 15 years - one meal at a time. Dudash is a recipe columnist for The Arizona Republic, in addition to contributing her savory ideas to Food Network, Better Homes and Gardens, SELF, EatingWell, Parents, The Cooking Channel and USA Today. Dudash has also shared her clean eating tips on FOX & Friends, Better TV, ABC Los Angeles and Radio Disney. Additionally, Dudash services companies nationwide as a nutrition spokesperson, recipe developer and speaker.

 

Dudash previously cooked at a Five Star restaurant and as a private chef serving guests including English royalty. Dudash graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in dietetics and earned her toque from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale.

Dudash lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband and two young daughters and is always looking forward to her next run and great meal.
