Without the flour, many recipes end up becoming gluey, flavorless messes. This brownie recipe from The Gluten-Free Slow Cooker is not only easy, it’s super delicious. You’ll have a hard time deciding whether you’ll want to share these little powder sugar dusted gems. 2?3 cup (85 g) gluten-free flour, such as Cup4Cup 2?3 cup (120 g) granulated sugar 1?3 cup (25 g) cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon salt 2?3 cup (155 ml) Irish cream liquor 1?3 cup (80 ml) melted coconut oil 1 egg, lightly beaten 1½ teaspoons vanilla ¼ cup (30 g) or less powdered sugar Line your crock with parchment paper and spray it well with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the liqueur, oil, egg, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix only until all is blended together. Pour the batter into the crock and spread it out as evenly as possible. Cover the crock and cook on LOW for 2 hours. (I do not recommend cooking this on HIGH.) When they are done, remove the brownies from the crock by pulling on the edges of the parchment paper. When the brownies are completely cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.
