The power of meditation has been harnessed for thousands of years to help build greater concentration, aid emotional stability and create a profound positive effect in your life and on your general wellbeing. Drawing on different traditions, Secrets of Meditation is a comprehensive guide to these ancient practices.
Featuring a wide variety of meditation practices and including helpful step-by-step routines, Secrets of Meditation will enable you to learn, understand and apply these techniques to your everyday life. From commuter meditation and one-minute mindfulness to mini-meditations for children, this book will teach you to regulate your mind, develop a greater awareness of the world around you, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance your health and wellbeing.
