From the creators of the super-popular Instagram @MyTherapistSays comes this humorous guide for navigating the daily struggle that is life. Including popular memes from their Instagram along with checklists, quizzes, prompts, and more, My Therapist Says is here to remind you that you are not alone in how you feel.

Combining heartfelt wisdom from the authors' own experiences (which is not always therapist approved) with advice from their own therapists (which the authors don't always agree with), My Therapist Says delivers witty guidance in all areas of life that are stressing people out today, including:
  • Dating and Relationships
  • Friendships
  • Careers
  • Adulting and Growing Older
  • DRAMA!
  • Socializing
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Dealing with People
  • The Future
Acknowledging that no one's life is perfect, especially theirs, the authors have created a guide to life that is relatable, hilarious, and helpful. So, you be you and go ahead and laugh at yourself, because everything is going to be just fine.

The author

Lola Tash has been acting since she was twelve years old, having starred in several TV shows and films. She co-founded @MyTherapistSays with her partner, Nicole Argiris, after both decided they needed an outlet for their humor and anxiety. A keen sense of humor and biting sarcasm make her the ideal voice in social media to dole out advice that readers should heed with caution.

Shortly after graduating university with a degree in psychology, Nicole Argiris co-founded @MyTherapistSays with her best friend, Lola Tash. As somebody who is always in tune with the pulse of pop culture, as well as being incredibly social media savvy, a career with MyTherapistSays came naturally. She enjoys giving out unsolicited advice, most of which she does not follow, and writing about fashion, current trends in music, and pop culture.
