Sally is a registered Senior and Experienced Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance, and a Level 3 instructor with The Register of Exercise Professionals.

Grahame Pope is a registered physiotherapist. Qualifying in 1985, he worked within the NHS in the UK before taking up a teaching post at the University of Nottingham in 1991. Since 2002 he has been head of physiotherapy & rehabilitation education.
