The pineapple flavor really shines through, making this little appetizer a sweet and delightful appetizer the crowd will love. Recommended Slow Cooker Size: 2 quart (2 L) Yield: 6 to 10 servings Ingredients: 1½ pounds (680 g) kielbasa, cut into bite-size pieces 1 can (8 ounces, or 225 g) tomato sauce 2 tablespoons (28 ml) apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup (60 g) brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 3 tablespoons (45 ml) canned pineapple juice 1 can (20 ounces, or 565 g) pineapple chunks, juice separated and kept from the chunks Spray your crock with nonstick cooking spray. Place the kielbasa into the crock. In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper, and pineapple juice. Pour the mixture over the kielbasa. Cover the crock and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add the pineapple chunks about 20 minutes before serving. (I do not recommend cooking this on HIGH.)
